We turn ambitious ideas into real, usable products — from MVPs and prototypes to automation and custom software. We handle the product, design, and engineering so you can focus on what comes next.
Every commitment below exists because we were handed the wreckage of its opposite. Hold us to all six.
A 48-hour demo that dies the moment a real user touches it.
Production code from the first commit.
There is no throwaway prototype layer. What you click on day two is the repo you are still running in year three — typed, tested, reviewed, deployed to your own cloud account.
A handover that is a zip file, a password list, and good luck.
The handover is the deliverable.
Source, infrastructure, credentials, environment variables, runbooks and a recorded walkthrough — delivered together, in working order, on the day we said. Nothing is left sitting on somebody's laptop.
Vague scope, then a change-order invoice in week four.
Fixed scope, fixed price, per phase.
Every phase is one week, written down, with a number attached before it starts. If we misjudge the estimate, that is our cost — you pay the number you agreed to.
Junior devs behind a senior sales pitch.
The person who scoped it, builds it.
No account managers, no handoff to a team you never met. The engineer on your intro call writes your code and stays through launch.
AI-generated code nobody can maintain after you take it over.
AI accelerates us — it does not author your codebase.
We lean on modern tooling hard for scaffolding, migrations and tests, then hold every line to the same review bar as hand-written code. If we cannot explain it, it does not merge.
Locked into their hosting, their accounts, their retainer.
You can run it without us.
Your GitHub org, your cloud accounts, your Stripe, your domain. Your team gets a walkthrough and us on call while they settle in. If you never call again, everything keeps running.

Five open now, two on the way.
What we build, in plain terms. MVPs are our flagship — alongside the design, automation, AI, and engineering work that turns an idea into a product and keeps it moving after launch.

Custom software development
The system your business actually runs on, for when nothing off the shelf fits. We start from the process you already have — the exceptions, the integrations, the rules that live in one person's head — and build the software around that, on a stack your own team can pick up and keep extending.

Automation & scraping
Somebody on your team does the same job every single day: rebuilding the same spreadsheet, renaming the same files, checking the same pages for changes, retyping the same rows into a report. We write the scripts that do it instead — including pulling data off sites that give you no export button — and they run to a schedule without anyone remembering to start them.

Not seeing something you already run on? Bring it to the scoping call — we will tell you honestly whether it earns its place, or whether we are the wrong shop for it.
Process
The most predictable three weeks you will spend.
Day 0–2 · 48 hours
01Scope & prototype
A 30-minute working session, not a sales call. We map the shortest path to something a real user can use, then write down what ships, what waits and what it costs. Within two working days you get a deployed URL running the core flow — real code, not a slide.

TextRedact
PDF RavenWeb app
A PDF editor that rewrites the file, not a layer on top of it
Most browser editors stamp your changes over the page as an overlay — the original text is still underneath, and anyone can lift it back out. PDF Raven edits the document itself: text reflows in the matched font, and deleted or redacted content actually leaves the file. It runs entirely in the browser, on desktop and phone, with no download and no account.
Text editing with font matching and line reflow
True deletion and redaction — the data leaves the file
Free tier with no sign-up, no watermark, no page cap
Trenold is built for working a problem through rather than looking it up: it reasons out loud, holds the thread across a conversation, and drafts, explains and refactors code alongside you. Free to start, no credit card, straight into the chat.
Reasoned answers that hold context across the conversation
Code generation, explanation and refactoring
Bug and error analysis in the same thread as the fix
A jeweller's customer owes on two axes at once — rupees and grams — and most books only track one of them. Ledgix keeps both against every customer entry, closes the day on a single net position, and pulls profit and loss off those same entries rather than a second set of books. The reminders do the chasing, so nobody has to remember who promised what.
A running ledger per customer, in rupees and in grams
Profit and loss straight off the same entries
Payment reminders and one-tap call from the customer row

FAQ
Answered plainly.
A working prototype in 48 hours — really?
Really, and here is the honest shape of it. Within two working days of the 30-minute call you get a deployed URL with the core flow of your product working — the thing you would put in front of a customer. It is not the whole product: the edges are rough and none of it is hardened yet. That is what the three weeks after it are for. It is built on the same stack as the real thing, so none of it gets thrown away.
How fast can you actually start?
Usually within days of that first call. We deliberately keep one slot unbooked so an urgent build is not waiting a month to begin. If we cannot start when you need us, you will hear it on the call rather than after a week of silence.
What if I do not like the prototype?
That is fine, and it is the point of building one this early. Tell us what feels wrong and we iterate on it — reshape the flow, rework the interface, or rebuild the piece that missed. Two days of work is a cheap place to change your mind, which is exactly why we put something real in front of you before anyone commits to a long build.
What happens after the prototype?
Most clients carry it straight into full MVP development. You get a clear roadmap showing exactly how the prototype becomes a market-ready product — what gets hardened, what gets built next, and what it costs — so the decision to continue is made with real numbers rather than a guess.
Can you handle complex technical requirements?
Yes — that is the work we are built for. Real-time systems, heavy data pipelines, payments and compliance, third-party integrations that are badly documented, AI features that have to hold up under load. If something genuinely is not our strength, you will hear that on the call instead of discovering it three weeks in.
What happens after launch?
Fifteen days on call at no extra cost while your team settles in. After that, some clients take a light monthly retainer, some run it in-house from the handover docs, and some come back for phase two. All three are fine — there is no lock-in clause and no notice period.
What if we want you to act as our DevOps?
That works too, and it is a common ask — roughly two in five clients keep us on to run the code and the infrastructure after handover. Deployments, monitoring, incidents, cost and scaling: we stay the team on call for it. It is a separate arrangement from the build, priced monthly, and you can end it whenever running it in-house makes more sense.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
Until delivery it sits with us — our repositories, our pipelines, our environments — so the build never waits on access. Once everything is sorted it is officially offloaded to you: code, credentials, infrastructure, and the documentation to run it without us. No lock-in, no licence, nothing held back as leverage.
How do you use AI in the build?
As a tool, not a shortcut. We use it for the mechanical work — scaffolding, migrations, test coverage — and it is a large part of why these timelines are possible at all. Every line still goes through human review, and we do not ship anything we cannot explain in full. The maintainability bar is the same one we would hold if every character had been typed by hand.
